Rules and Regulations
• YOLO Cruises reserves the right to refuse to accept a booking from any prospective passenger
• The Cruise Staff and employees of YOLO Cruises are not permitted to engage in activities of a sexual nature with passengers
• All passengers must be not less than 25 years old
• Boarding will be denied to any passenger if the information on such passenger's Application does not match the information on such passenger's passport
• Neither illegal drugs, weapons, prostitution, solicitation, cameras nor recording devices ( audio or video) are permitted on the cruise
• Each woman should be treated as a lady and each man should be treated as a gentleman
• Profanity is prohibited
• Passengers are not permitted to pay or agree to pay nor to accept payment to engage in any form of entertainment or sexual activity
• Baseball caps, t-shirts, cutoffs, bib overalls, overly baggy clothing or gang related attire may not be worn in the night clubs. Dress to impress!!!
• Passengers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law if they commit vandalism, theft or any other illegal activity
• Harassment of any passenger or employee is prohibited
• All interactions between passengers must be consensual and by invitation only
• The privacy of all passengers must be respected and photography is not allowed
• Entry into a private room without invitation is prohibited
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas
• The mission of the Cruise staff and employees of YOLO Cruises is to insure that each passenger experiences a pleasurable cruise. The staff and employees are available to answer your questions and to discuss your concerns. Please adhere to their instructions.
• The Rules and Regulations may be amended or supplemented at any time.
Passengers may be expelled from the cruise for violating any of the Rules and Regulations, in which event there will be no refund of any monies which have been paid
